Toyo ET Pumps are exceptionally robust submersible slurry pumps designed to handle the toughest conditions. Known for their strength and compact design, these pumps are built to deliver high performance even in confined spaces. Featuring a top outlet discharge and a full cooling jacket, Toyo ET Pumps can operate efficiently while partially submerged. Standard thermal protection ensures reliable operation under varying conditions.
The advanced design of these pumps includes the patented Toyo agitator directly attached to the pump shaft, a semi-open impeller, and a heavy-duty shaft and bearings configuration. Double mechanical seals, working in an oil bath, provide enhanced durability, while a 4-pole custom-built electric motor with a 1.25 service factor ensures robust performance. The impeller, wear plate, and agitator are made from cast chrome iron (24 to 28%), allowing for simple adjustment of the wear plate to maintain long-lasting performance.
Toyo ET Pumps are capable of lifting and transporting slurries with densities of at least 1.25 kg/dm³ and can handle solids contents up to 55% by weight. They offer impressive pumping capacities of up to 120 m³/h and can manage solid particles up to 30 mm in diameter. These pumps operate effectively in slurries with temperatures up to 60°C and a pH range between 4 and 14. For higher temperatures, special versions are available that can handle up to 80°C. With a maximum operating depth of 30 meters, and special models ET10 to ET20 able to work up to 60 meters without additional devices, Toyo ET Pumps provide a versatile and durable solution for demanding slurry applications.
