Toyo DPFS Pumps are high-head, extra heavy-duty submersible pumps designed to handle the toughest conditions. This advanced range incorporates the renowned patented TOYO agitator, enabling these pumps to manage very heavy and abrasive slurries with ease. Built to elevate slurries to higher levels, the Toyo DPFS Pumps feature components made from cast chrome iron, specifically with a chromium content of 24 to 28%, which ensures exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. The impeller, wear plates, and agitator are all crafted from this durable material, promoting long service life and minimizing maintenance needs.
These pumps are capable of handling slurries with solid contents of up to 60% by weight, showcasing their robust design. The standard model operates efficiently at depths of up to 30 meters and can pump particles as large as 35mm. It handles liquids up to 60°C with a pH range of 4 to 14. For more demanding applications, special versions of the pump are available, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 80°C and depths of up to 120 meters.
Featuring a robust centrifugal design with a closed impeller, these pumps come with a low-speed class F motor, cooled by the liquid, and are supported by a strong short shaft with high-quality bearings and double mechanical seals in an oil bath for enhanced durability and tightness.
