Standard Group of Companies participated in the Oil and Gas West Asia (OGWA) in Muscat Oman from the 31st March – 2nd April 2014.
The Standard Group launched their new Sales office Standard Technical Supply LLC Muscat Oman at the show.
The new office is located at Ghala Industrial area about 10 minutes from the Muscat International Airport.
OGWA 2014 Exhibition and Conference is a gathering of local and international oil and gas companies from the GCC, technology and service providers, equipment suppliers, and other companies directly serving the industry’s requirements. It is a forum for discussing the latest developments and directions of the industry, as well as a platform for trade and business opportunities among the oil and gas companies and international oil and gas firms.
OGWA 2014 is a three-day event that is held every two years. Since its launch in 1998, it has been receiving support from the Ministry of Oil & Gas, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Oman LNG, and other leading local companies.
Standard Group’s participation at OGWA was a positive development and gave us an opportunity to showcase our range of products to our existing Omani clients as well as new potential clients.
We were honored that our stand was visited by His Excellency Dr Ali bin Masoud bin Ali al Sunaidy, Oman Minister of Commerce and Industry. His Excellency also inaugurated the OGWA show.
We look forward to growing our market share for our pumps in Oman and the OGWA was a stepping stone to increased penetration in the Oman market.
