The Wilden® PS15 – 3″ / 76 mm Original™ Series Saniflo™ Hygienic™ HS model clamped metal Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pump meets the strict hygienic and sanitary requirements for the food-processing and biopharmaceutical process industries. The PS15 Saniflo Hygienic pump complies with all 3-A, CE, ATEX, USP Class VI, 1935/2004/EC and FDA CFR 21.177 requirements.

The PS15 Saniflo Hygienic pump ensures reliability and ease of use and maintenance by offering CIP (clean in place) and COP (clean out of place) capabilities.

With simple installation and robust durability, the PS15 Saniflo Hygienic pump incorporates a straight flow-through design, large solids passage, shear-sensitive operation, Tri-clamp®-style fittings and efficiencies to ensure process success.

The wetted path material is 316L stainless steel with an Ra 0.8 μm (31.5 μin) interior polish for ease of cleaning.

The Wilden PS15 comes equipped with the Pro-Flo® SHIFT Air Distribution System (ADS) that provides 60% savings in air consumption, more yield per SCFM, precisely metered air consumption for less product waste and maximum Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR). Available Pro-Flo SHIFT center section materials are nickel-plated aluminum and stainless steel.

Elastomers are available in the following materials:

User Interface

Wilden AODD pumps’ health and performance is displayed and summarized on the Wilden SafeGuard User Interface service where you can view the status of your whole fleet of connected pumps down to the details of a single pump. Capabilities include:

Benefits and Features

The design and operation of the SafeGuard system allows for complete 24/7 real-time monitoring and alerts related to a number of critical performance parameters for the pump (diaphragms, balls, seats). These readings can show the user such things as:

  • Leak detection to indicate diaphragm leaks and failures, preventing product loss and safety hazards
  • Stroke rates to monitor changes to highlight performance abnormalities
  • Stroke count for batching and setting maintenance schedules
  • Real-time alerts via SMS or email to indicate any noteworthy change in operation that may be a precursor to pump or component failure
