Saturn Evo

Integrally produced by Argal in its plant located in Italy, they are created by RTM injection moulding technology: parts are manufactured laying long-strand fiberglass mat in moulds before injecting the resin.

The use of fiberglass mat of different weight, texture orientation and numbers, reinforces the structure of the pump in the most mechanically solicited areas and at the same time offers high-quality surface finish and excellent chemical resistance of the wetted surfaces.

Saturn pumps are available in two versions: ZGS (long-coupled) and ZMS (close-coupled).

ANSI-ASME B73.1 Standards

These pumps are made in accordance with ANSI/ASME B73.1.
 

The design and the inherent resistance of FRP confer to these pumps the mechanical strength that can be compared to pumps constructed with metallic alloys.

The construction available with different blends of epoxy-vinyl-ester makes these pumps resistant to a broader list of corrosive and moderately abrasive chemicals. They can operate for common use and for seawater applications: as an alternative for metallic pumps, they ideally operate in water treatment applications, seawater aquarium, depuration of municipal and industrial wastewaters, as well as in general productive processes deploying chemical fluids.

 
 
 

Horizontal & Vertical Centrifugal Pumps

The process pumps are employed directly in the production process (food, spraying, filling, injection, dosing, etc.) The application is common in the industrial sector of general chemistry, electroplating, photoengraving, textile treatment, detergents, bottling of chemicals, batteries – accumulators, glass and precious metal processing. They usually perform a continuous service.
  • FRONTIERA: centrifugal pump, horizontal axle, capacity up to 100 m3/h.
  • ZGE: centrifugal pump, horizontal axle, in compliante to ISO 2858, capacity up to 1600 m3/h.
  • KGK: centrifugal pump for vetical installation, capacity up to 220 m3/h
  • NESK: vertical centrifugal pumps with mechanical seal for trasferring / circulation, capacity up to 220 m3/h.
  • ZMA: self-priming pump, horizontal axle, capacity up to 50 m3/h.

Frontiera ZGE KGK NESK
Centrifugal chemical pumps moulded in pure thermoplastic material with many executions to offer different applications for pumping chemicals in the most efficient way. ZGE pumps are a complete range of centrifugal chemicalprocess pumps, built in compliance with ISO2858 (Din 24256- BS5257 - NFE 44121). Centrifugal long coupled sump pumps with column and pump body submerged in the pumped liquid; suction depth up to 4000 mm. The NESK range are vertical external centrifugal pumps, mechanical sealed, to transfer or circulate of large volumes of corrosive fluids with the innovative semi-axial hydraulic flow.
       
     
ZMA
Self-priming without the need of having check valves.Thanks to the specific structure, after the first filling, they are able toself-prime automatically even in presence of empty pipes.Negative suction head of 5 meters (to be reduced according to thespecific gravity).
